Returns & Refund Policy

If you're not happy with your order, we will do whatever to turn things around.

Our Returns & Refund policy lasts up to 30 days. If 30 days have passed upon arrival of your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you've completed your order through the online store, we should have a record of your transaction already and will have access to your proof of your purchase. That being said, if we don't, please have it on hand so we can proceed with the Return and Refund process smoothely.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Goods that are exempt from being returned aka non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom canvases and printouts
  • Downloadable software products
  • Online courses

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for customers to receive a refund on an approved return.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or fill out the Return Form below specifying that you would like to complete an exchange. You will then need to send your item to:

Please await for the confirmation email pertaining to the approval of your return. We will include a return shipping label within the email for you to print out and label the package with.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the form is completed, click send and await further instruction.

Perfect! So the Return Form was sent. Now, once we've reviewed your request for a return and we've approved your request, look out for a return label sent to your email for the products you'd like to return. You will be responsible for:

- Printing the return label

- Labeling the package with the return label

- Shipping the package back to our address

If you are reusing the same package that your order arrived in, please remove or cover up any of the other shipping labels seen on the package or else this will cause confusion with the shipping carrier and it will not return to us.

Once the package has arrived at our storefront we will send you an email confirmation of its arrival. After we've reviewed the returned package to make sure everything is in proper order, we will refund you for the returned item.

Bear in mind, refunded orders take approximately 5-10 business days for the funds to show up in your respective account.
