You can track your order here.

Please know that being able to track your order may take 24 hours or so post purchase.

Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking link. If it's not apart of that email for whatever reason, send us a message requesting the tracking number for your order and we'll deliver it to you promptly.

You can pay with Paypal or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express).

You can get free shipping if your order exceeds $75.00. Your free shipping rate will automatically be added to your order once you've completed the checkout process.

We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible.

Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs. If you live in a non-contiguous U.S. state or territory—in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands—additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply.

Step 1: Your order gets picked up from the warehouse. We'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way.

Step 2: Your order is shipped to a Local Delivery Terminal. A carrier transports your order with care to a delivery professional in your area.

Step 3: Welcome your new order home! Be sure to inspect the shipment contents upon delivery. If you have any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order, simply describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and contact us for assistance.

We are currently experiencing very high demand so please allow 1-5 days for your order to be processed.

Once your order is processed you will be sent an email with your tracking link. 

Shipping time varies by location. These are our current estimates:

United States (10-20 Business days)
Canada, Europe (10-20 Business days)
Australia, New Zealand (10-30 Business days)
Mexico, Central America, South America (15-30 Business days)

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Simple 3 Step Return Process

Reason for the Return: Defective item

Once the form is completed, click send and await further instruction.

Perfect! So the Return Form was sent. Now, once we've reviewed your request for a return and we've approved your request, look out for a return label sent to your email for the products you'd like to return. You will be responsible for:

- Printing the return label

- Labeling the package with the return label

- Shipping the package back to our address

If you are reusing the same package that your order arrived in, please remove or cover up any of the other shipping labels seen on the package or else this will cause confusion with the shipping carrier and it will not return to us.

Once the package has arrived at our storefront we will send you an email confirmation of its arrival. After we've reviewed the returned package to make sure everything is in proper order, we will refund you for the returned item.

Bear in mind, refunded orders take approximately 5-10 business days for the funds to show up in your respective account.
